This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms for canceling subscriptions and requesting refunds for our SaaS applications.
1. Cancellation of Subscriptions
- Cancellation Window: You may cancel your subscription to our SaaS applications at any time. However, cancellations are only eligible for a potential refund if the request is made within 6-8 days of the initial subscription purchase or renewal, and only if the subscription has not been actively used (see Section 2 for details).
- Access After Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active and accessible until the end of the current billing period for which you have already paid. No renewal charges will be applied after cancellation, provided the request is processed before the next billing cycle.
- Process: To cancel your subscription, you can do so through your account settings within the application or by contacting our Customer Service team at [email protected]. We recommend submitting cancellation requests at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to ensure timely processing.
2. Refund Policy
- Eligibility: Refund requests will only be considered if:
- The request is submitted within 6-8 days of the initial subscription purchase or renewal date; and
- The subscription has not been actively used. Subscriptions that are already in use (e.g., where you have accessed features, generated data, or utilized the application’s functionality) are not eligible for cancellation or refunds.
- Quality or Performance Issues: If you believe the SaaS application does not meet the functionality or performance as described on our website or fails to meet your reasonable expectations, you may request a refund within 6-8 days of the subscription start or renewal, provided the application has not been used. Please report such issues to our Customer Service team.
- Review Process: All refund requests are subject to review by Adhishtanam Research LLP. Our Customer Service team will investigate your complaint, which may include evaluating the application’s performance or verifying reported issues. An appropriate decision will be made based on the findings.
- Reporting Process: To request a refund, contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] with details of your issue, including any relevant screenshots, error messages, or other evidence, within 6-8 days of the subscription start or renewal.
- Non-Refundable Cases: Refunds will not be issued for:
- Subscriptions that have been actively used;
- Requests made after the 6-8 day window;
- Issues resulting from user error, misuse, or failure to meet system requirements as specified on our website;
- Violations of our Terms of Use.
3. Refund Processing
- Approval: Refunds are subject to approval by Adhishtanam Research LLP. You will be notified once your refund request has been reviewed and approved.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 9-15 days from the date of approval.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the subscription, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Third-Party Integrations or Features
If our SaaS application includes features or integrations provided by third parties (e.g., third-party APIs or plugins), any issues related to those features should be directed to the respective third-party provider. Adhishtanam Research LLP is not responsible for refunds or support related to third-party services.
