Cancellation & Refund Policy

Subscription cancellations and research licensing refunds are governed by usage criteria and agreement schedules.

Cancellation Procedure

Licensees may submit cancellation requests prior to the scheduled billing period. Access continues through the end of the active term.

Refund Processing

Refunds are evaluated for eligible requests submitted within the policy window and returned to the original payment mechanism within 5-7 business days.
